With Lee 'celebrating' his 1st anniversary on the team by taking the day off, Rick visited lower Rush Green and the eastern side of the Parkside beat (est. 7.19 miles).

Beginning with 1.62 miles of the Eastbrookend Country Park (p), which included Bardag lake and a biker funeral, it was on to Fels Farm Mews (1.02pm) and Valentines Way. All of Parish Fields (1.15pm, p) followed, before Great Cullings and Eastbrook Drive (2.01pm).

Arriving in Hooks Hall Drive (2.18pm) via Fels Field, visits in the Parkside beat included Ely Gardens, Highland Avenue (2.26pm, p), Home Gardens, Bell Farm Avenue, Hardie Road and Eastbrook Close (2.46pm).

Felhurst Crescent, Delvers Mead (2.52pm) and Rainham Road South to the BP rounded off the afternoon.
